What are the criteria that the judges used for selection? 7 out of 10 restaurants are in Dubai from the whole Middle East!! Maybe the title of the article should read TOP 10 Restaurants in Dubai. Who were the nominees for this selection, did the judges visit all the restaurants to evaluate.

Come one, 7 out of 10 restaurants are in Dubai??!?? 2 in KSA and 1 in Abu Dhabi? What about Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait.... The Middle East is not limited to Dubai. This list should be named: Top 10 UAE restaurants.

Reference to the Top "10" Middle East Restaurants named; it would be prudent to first of all know the following: who are the judges? what are the credentials of the judges? what is the criteria under which the Top "10" are chosen? The Middle East consists of at least 20 countries; and to truly represent The Middle East, a suggestion would be to have a Top "10" Restaurant of each of the countries first, with the necessary criteria clearly stated; and from these then the Top "20" Middle East Restaurants are named, one from each of the Middle Eastern countries...wouldn't this have been a much better approach?
