After working for few years in ME, I have to say that GHM is the worst place to work for for a line employee. The management is quite careless about the staff, and of course they are not used at all to work with westerns. The local management did a great job to accomodate staff needs, however the operation management, specifically in F&B, was and still is a disaster. A great lack of respect and profesionalism is seeing everyday. I have seen situations where an Asst. F&B director has been insulting and shouting to a team member in front of the guests. I have seen the Director of F&B, now EAM, declaring that his less concern is the staff, and I have seen the highest turn over in GHM from all ME together. A great place to stay as a guest due to the charming and excellent local hospitality, but not a recommended place to work.
