There is no other Procurement Person like Al Bustan Palace Hotel's Rajan Vattakandy. His knowledge of everything a hotel needs and his network are legendary. I was always amazed about his ability to remember, telephone numbers,prices,specifications, suppliers, quantities, order dates etc - and to make sure all arrived on time. I admire this colleague for his dedication to his work and his great attitude towards everyone he meets.

I have known Mr Vattakandy for some 14 years in his professional capacity. Without any doubt he is the most professional procurement officer I know or have known during this period. He is extremely helpful when extra product informatuion is required and nothing is too much of an effort. He is extremely reliable and very decisive when it matters. It has been a previlege working with him as my customer and being able to offer him my full and unqualified support in this Award competition.
