Mr. Frederick D'Silva is a great man. When it comes to work he is very efficient, extremely hardworking and a totally organize Manager, I must say that his staffs and his Co-Managers can attest to that. Frederick started his career as a Waiter and went on to become a manager in banquets. Due to his skills with utilizing people to the maximum, he was called upon to head the stewarding dept. With his dedication, hard work and motivation skills he streamlined the stewarding dept and also inspired his sub ordinates to rise in their careers. he is a team player and am sure one of the best in his field. All the best Fred. May the best man win and i believe you have a good chance.
