Fredrick D'silva, it is about time! Knowing you all this year, I can say you are not only best at what you do, but you are the best father for your two kids, the loving husband to your wife and caring friend in good times and bad. Making it to the top 5 is an achievement it self, let the best man win!

Fred, I'm really so delighted to see you as one of the recipients of this award. I have seen your journey in the hotel industry during those many years I worked with you and I know you deserve to get this award. I have become closely acquainted with your exceptional managerial talents especially in bringing the whole stewarding department under your leadership only to Grade A. I also remember during your time when the whole department reached new heights and great changes for the best that resulted to a real great team. And I always remember you for being highly organized, cooperative and how you always make things easy for your internal and external customers. Of course I also remember how you even gave us tips and advise on how we should take care of the hotel's equipment & monitoring our borrowed things from your dept. everytime we have a function... ahhh those days...you were always our angel! How truly lucky are the people who worked with you & I know wherever you go that place is in capable hands. You really work very hard and achieving that success is not a simple task. I was a witness to your personal sacrifices at work. You indeed deserve even more than this award. This is just one result of your dedication, devotion and hardwork. Mr.Frederick, They nominate 5 people for each catagory when the Oscar awards is announced. The winner of each catagory thanks every possible person he/she would have met during the whole process of the work that got him/her the award ( Gosh...its always boring )......In your case it will be the other way around....You win the award or not, you will have many souls thanking you deep inside their hearts coz you have helped them in keeping their heads high with pride and you have given a meaning to the 12 hours of hard work that they put in on a daily basis.....they will be your staff....and i am sure that glitter of pride in their eyes will be as shiny as the award that you will bring home tomorrow night....Boss, the moment your name came in the 5 nominations, for us ( Your Staff ) you are already a winner.....good luck champ....God bless

Fred is a great team player, his contribution in setting up the department of sister properties is highly appreciated. He deserves to win this award.
