Mr. Eman Abela has a deep understanding and knowledge of the business, strong, collaborative working relationships with property owners, and has consistently impressed me with his acute intelligence, professionalism and ability to lead. Most important, Mr. Abela cares about the Company and every employee who works for it. Great communicator (internal and external). PR and Marketing driven, clear ideas about brand and product positioning. Very structured and analytical. Also strong in keeping a united Team. Would keep the Team under the right level of pressure in order for us to perform to the best of our capability. Great enthusiasm and drive for the business. Always direct and clear, honest approach with the Team. the most positive and proactive attitude i have ever encounter in all my professional life. His charisma is unrivalled and you immediately feel it when he walks around. Certainly I have all the respect for this honorable gentleman and professional. I am so happy to work with him, great person to work for and a great motivator. He Deserves to win if i want to define Mr. Abela will simply say that " HE IS THE ORACLE OF THE WORLD HOTEL INDUSTRY TODAY"? It is indeed a pleasure to have Eman in our organization. He had shown commitment and honesty right from day one of joining Wyndham. Mr.Eman Abela have so many experiences.Seeing you once,he knows if you are working or not.First time,i saw a manager meeting the staffs and telling them the secret of the sales and he is saying what are the target qouta of the company for the staff to strive harder.

Its great to heard that a calbre of Eman Abela is going for this presitigious nomination. he is a real professional idol for the departments he is interacting with either F&B, Admin or Finance. Mr. Eman Abela always asking if what good for the staff and always listen of what the comment of the staff whether it is good or bad. He give us a good accommodation and he grant our request to get a new cafeteria. Always he's concern for the good for the staff .
