Mr. Eman Abela is the most suitable person to win this award. I know he will win this award because of his skills his knowledge & very fast thinking ability make him deserve for this. He has the ability to understand feelings of others and easily solve the problems .He adopts new ideas to the business. His thinking ability from different corners of the business is superb. My words are not enough to say about his professionalism. We are proud to say he is our greatest F&B Direstor. wish you Good Luck...

After Mr. Eman were introduced to us, as the new General manager for Regency halls, we feel excited about him bringing us Wyndham standard, and we know that we will learn a lot with his expertise in the industry. Surely, he surpasses our expectations, and we feel more "professional " because he open us in the new field of more wider range of hospitality service. With Mr. Eman, together with the officers and staffs, everybody can "walk tall".

For the past a year, after we welcome Mr. Eman Abela to The Regency Group Holding, a lot of powerful energies were empowered in the Regency Halls. The staffs were motivated by bringing Wyndham to the company as well its standards. His expertise in the field were shared and learned. Mr. Eman is a great role model that encouraged us to more practice new ideas and managing changes. Heartiest congratulations Mr. Eman for well deserved nomination. First, in behalf of the RH team, I would like to give the highest regard to our boss and mentor, Mr Eman Abela. Truly it is such a privilege to be working with one of the best bosses within the Group. His optimistic spirit has inspired us to go beyond the limit and conquer greater heights. His passion towards work is contagious affecting the people surrounding him. A visionary man who never run out of ideas in all aspects of the operations. Words wouldn't be enough to describe him but one thing's for sure he deserves everything what he has now. More success to come!

Such success in a young age is truly rare but for those who know Mr. Eman Abela, it's no longer a surprise as he didn't had it all by luck. Finally hard work paid off! Congratulations Mr. Eman! It's such a great opportunity to be working with you!

It is indeed a pleasure to have Eman in our organization. He had shown commitment and honesty right from day one of joining Wyndham. His leadership skills and team building abilities have resulted in successful completion of various projects. Really appreciate his willingness to help out wherever needed. Eman is a great leader, he always reflected a positive and professional impact on all his employees, he created a service culture that puts the guests and the associates first, he empowers and motivates people, pays a great deal of attention to details and to guests, once he had a child at his restaurant disappointed because there was no Sushi at the buffet that day, Eman took the address of the family and sent them the next day a platter of Sushi complimentary to their door step in Doha, that was wow and beyond, Eman during Ramadan catered for Iftar and Suhur to over 100 people daily which brought a huge income to the hotel, and while he was fasting himself he lead by example by always being there to ensure smooth operation and showing support to his team, he certainly deserves to win, as leaders like him are not many these days.
