Mr. Eman is not a traditional type of boss. He value really value his staff. In a short span, he makes a lot of difference in our company. To mention some, he arranged breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for the staff so that there will be no more "hungry staff" anymore. He also manage to send one supervisor to give a new coming staff a warm welcome in the airport which makes us feel relaxed and motivated to work. To top all that, he bring more business to F&B Department. Good luck Mr. Eman. You deserve to win.

Mr. Eman Abela is a born leader and mentor.He leads by example.He conduct our professional life in a manner that will bring credit to ourselves and our company at all times.He create an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.He listens to his people and be open to new ideas.He encourage every team member to take risks,exercise initiative and deliver quality results.He let every employee feel that there is no "us" and "them" attitude.Everyone is important.He get out of his office and see to it that he is always visible and accessible to everyone. Sir,we wish you luck in this endeavor.We are proud of you.And keep on praying that you will win this award.You deserve it more than anybody else.

The contribution of Mr.Eman Abela in Regency Halls is a big thing for all the staff..He is a good manager with a good heart for the employees. We wish him all the best,Goodluck Sir.Im proud of you.

Although i am a new staff in Regency,I get excited to what i heard from the old staffs about this guy Mr. Eman Abela.With his professionalism,together with the management and members of Regency Halls,one day i would be proud in saying I am "a world class waitress".
