Kazem Shamas is a very dedicated individual to the Food & Beverage department of Doha Marriott Hotel. Kazem is a true leader to his team and associates and is always the types of individual that is hands on in the operation. I have known Kazem for a little more than 4 years and he is well respected by everyone in the hotel. He is a true hotel ambassador and is a very creative individual that works around promoting different themes and promotions to keep in the market.

Mr. Eman is one of the best General Manager i've ever seen in this field of industry. He is open minded, understanding, approachable and very down to earth person, though he is in the high position he always shows support and cares to the staff. As an ordinary staff he makes you feel that you are important in a team, he knows how to value and appreciate his staff. he is not selfish one, he always gives opportunity to the ordinary staff to grow to next level. He made a lot of changes in the company for the good as well..he is a man of action.. CONGRATULATIONS Mr. Eman you really deserved it!

Kazem is an exceptional professional and individual who always works towards achieving the best and he has consistently done for years. As an F&B Manager he has proved that over and over again, even if the task he was given was almost impossible: when he took the job, he had no Events Manager, no Director of Events and no Restaurants Manager for his first 6 months on the job! Only for that he deserves the Award for Best F&B Manager of the Year
