Kazem Shamas is an inspiration to all people working in the food and beverage industry. His wealth of knowledge in all areas is impressive, whats more impressive though is how he shares that with his team and actively encourages them to bring their new ideas and thoughts to the table. He is a natural leader and has a huge following both in the Hotel and in the Doha Market.

I am a very fortunate employee to be under the leadership of Mr. Kazem Shamas., the F&B Manager of Doha Marriott Hotel. We are all praising his skills and abilities of being a great role model, a fantastic leader, very honorable and decent person with his team. The professionalism and knowledge are his golden keys, very innovative at all given times, successful and creative when it comes to F&B deals. Mr. Kazem Shamas is a professional leader that strive to excellence. He is a creative leader that drives huge success for the Doha Marriott hotel through a lot of F&B promotions and strategies. We worked together 3 years which he proved to be a great team player, has vision, and is passionate for his team and work. Kazem created an F&B outlet during World Cup 2010 that drives around 7000 covers and approximately 1million Qatari riyal in revenue. Mr. Shamas deserves his award as he implemented F&B concepts in the hotel that increases covers and revenue. All the best....

Mr. Kazem Shamas shows great hospitality in all what he does. He is always wiling to go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. His passion for Food & Beverage is obvious in the high quality and standards he expects. Kazem is great leader and an inspiration to all that work with him. This award would be very well deserved.. Kazam Shamas is a passionate leader and active in F&B operations and Sales. He has a great repoire with guests and knows all key accounts. Under Kazem's leadership, this past year our F&B operations was recognized with Best Steakhouse and Marriott's F&B Operation for MEA for this year!
