Excellent Article! It will always amaze me how "out of sync" some businesses remain to be yet are seeing a dramatic drop in business and downturn because of their lack of online & tech interaction and investment. A leading manufacturing director said "Out of the 100% marketing budget, 50% works, 50% doesn't. The difficulty is working out which 50%" - This sums up social networking and internet marketing and the ROI in online marketing and internet presence BUT leaves the question: "Are you prepared to sit by and not invest (in online campaigns & tech) because you can't measure a return?"
