Marriott's VP Sales for Middle East Mr Jeff I think living somewhere on the Moon or mars, for sure doubters will not be wrong, and all these huge properties are going to die sooner or later. Dubai is like an island becoming congested everyday, room for business is not going to be that much positive as it was before. Visitors will not grow in that line as of number of rooms. Only thing we can see is that every company is just focusing on opening hotels for competition and killing other brands but they don't want to understand that actually they are killing their own brands. Dubai is not in need of that much number of rooms as are being built, Habtoor is going to launch a mega project but till today they are unable to fill their flagship Habtoor with profitability. Hotel after another Hotel/resort is just like foolish perception and a an idea with great deal of illusion only. We are here & you are here and let's see how you fill your this much number of Rooms.
