From construction chaos to a luxury spa in a year

The first skincare facial I ever had involved Galvanic Current and, not knowing that was a specific kind of facial, the next time I had one from a different esthetician who used products only, I thought "that's it? Where's the galvanic current? Where's the steam machine?" I thought the lack of machinery meant it was a less sophisticated facial. So, I get where this spa director is coming from regarding "machinery" in the spa environment. It lends a sense of "medical sophistication".

Amazing! Having been through similar construction to relaxation processes myself, I can fully understand how nerve-racking it must have been for you to bring your concept to life. The results speaks for itself - all that hard work has evolved into a truly unique spa. Love the introduction of the "high-tech" treatments and the seamless blend of cultural elements into the menu as well. Well done team!
