I wish some one responsible from Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower, will reply on this comments and clarify. But as usual they don't care..... As I had a word previously to Corporate Office in Canada. I was informed that they are aware of the Mismanagement in Fairmont Makkah, But they cant do anything..... So I understood that I will have to suffer till my contract gets over.

Welcome to the Middle East Passport Control Policies, why is it that a prestigious Organization in KSA is keeping the Passport and not one of its sister Hotels in Dubai, why do they have to have double standards. If they were so sincere in their apologies, and he was good enough to be selected for their property in KSA, they could have easily transferred him or recommended him to any of their sister Hotels within the Middle East. There are regional Managers/Directors of Human Resources of these Companies, what is their job? to hand out their business cards at functions and take no responsibility for the Company's incompetencies? What was the Regional Vice Presidents doing? It is a pity, everybody says this is a World without Frontiers, but it holds no truth!!! Shame on you Fairmont Hotels and & Resorts

Dear EH, Fairmont Makkah is not like other property what comes to your mind if u think of ?Fairmont Hotels & Resorts?, Just ask the employees who are working there? Also wanna inform you about somethings you might be unaware of. I am a Supervisor in same hotel, I had worked with Mohammed Ayub let me tell u he was asset for our Dept., always played a very active roll with a positive attitude. He played a key role in opening Ird Dept. He was also participated in organizing Amenities & Refreshment Center with us, he was one of 4 Asian People who got promotion after opening of Makkah Clock Royal Tower. He always shared a good relation with each manager even he performed as a Butler to our respective general Manager. Might be he ignored to check his passport as all paper work was done but that was not his negligence it was his trust on the management people expecting all things was done good. I never expected he will landing in this kind of mess. Really Unexpected ?.. If the organization take any doc. for any governmental task they return the same not someone else.

Human works violation is everywhere across middle-east especially in Saudi Arabia. I had worked in Medina Oberoi between 1994-1996 we too could not attend prayers as were in the compound of Holy shrine! If you cannot satisfy the Department Head particularly Ex.Housekeeper you will be blamed for theft and fired as soon as possible. This happens now in Dubai and everywhere!
