CADDemirates would need to first of all improve their level of service back to the hotel. Support services lacks a lot from them!

We firmly believe that realistic and genuine criticism will certainly help us to improve ourselves and serve our elite clientele much better way. We take your feedback in very positive way and assure that we will strengthen any weak areas if we have.

Which company is supplying the biometric technology that you plan to use and how is it incorporated with your door locks? It the fingerprint reader part of the lock itself?

Fingerprinting is an invasion of privacy. I would not stay in hotel that will take my fingerprints, store them and share them with other hotels. Bad idea.

Fingerprinting is only an option. System can work on 'contact-less' mode as well. However, there has to be a record maintain in the Hotel in order to identify the person. If the Guest doesn?t like to use Fingerprinting, they can continue using their Key Card with another identification method. Locks can be designed with multiple- input detection. Bio metric or contact less option would help the Guest, who doesn?t want to carry a Card with him always.

How is your biometric data stored? Does your hotel use the OPERA PMS system, or something similar, and store the biometric data as an attachment to the customer Profile? Or do you have a different system? Thanks,
