I had a pleasure to had Marino as my mentor during my leadership program during my engagement with Hilton, As mentioned in the testimonals of Marino he is a very good trainer/Mentor & leader. His mentoring skills is not limited to groom only future F&B leaders , Definetly his guidance & living by example motivates to groom leaders in other departments in the industry. I wish all the best for my Mentor and hope to see him as a Winner

"Impresse me " - " try again " he said. These are the two words I will never forget. Marino inspired me within such a sort time to such an extend that my entire approach and point of view have chaged towards Food & Beverage. He is an incredible Hotelier, F&B professional and most of all a great person. His invaluable F&B knowledge combined with his creativity and people mamagement make him an outstanding performer and great mentor. I would be proud to work with him anytime, anywhere again. The ULTIMATE CAN DO ATTITUDE!! Nothing is impossible for him. From cooking Pizza, handling a strike in the restaurant 1/2 hour before opening for dinner service, changing the whole restaurant decor in one afternoon, etc. Mr Marino has done it all and always with a positive attitude and a big smile. I'm not surprised that he is on the 5 shortlisted Candidate for the Best FNB Mgr. We wish you all the very best and success for this competition. Well done and waiting for the award to come to RAK!!
