It was a great pleasure to work with Chef Murugan in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. He showed his dedication in promoting lines of menu and he was instrumental & creative for the cuisines presented to the guests. His attitude to learn more and to develop skills leaded him to be promoted as Executive Chef in Hilton Fujairah. He is hardworking and responsible on his tasks and willingness to lead his team on the next level. Good job Chef Murugan and I am happy that you are nominated as shortlisted chef.

It was a pleasure working with you Chef Murugan since I was consulting at the Hilton Jumeirah , Dubai for the HACCP certification process. What I saw was a very reliable 'YOU', with a keen sense of focus to get things done right and a passion to excel. Not to forget that you have also proven to be hygienically savvy. I am sure you have a lot to achieve with your winning attitude, dedication to the task at hand and your brilliant ability to manage the operations and the workforce efficiently.
