I've known Kabeer since he was at InterContinental Al Ain Resort. A highly professional hotelier who has quickly proved his efficiency in the Environmental Health and Safety Management System. I'm absolutely confident that he'll come back with the trophy in hand :)

Kabeer, I am very glad to see that you are finally acknowledged for your dedicated hard work, wealthy knowledge and nice approach. You are an inspiration to all of us, and knowing you , you stay humble and refrain from showing off, hence Achieving this reward will be the least you deserve. Mr. Fadi from Intercontinental Muscat is always concerned about bringing green awareness to the team and the community, few weeks ago he organised a Responsible Business Week in partner ship with National Geographic and UNESCO under the spirit of "People Protecting Places" and in coordination with "Clean Up Oman" organization to protect the crafts people in Oman, The week was covered by The Media and was a great week .. Congratulation and Good Luck

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Fadi in January of this year when I organised a marathon event and the Intercontinental Hotel very kindly allowed us to use their gardens as the venue. Fadi made what was a rather stressful time much easier with his professionalism, attention to service and detail, enthusiasm for the event and personal input. Fadi was there from the beginning at 5am to the end of the event and nothing was too much trouble. Fadi will be involved in our next major event in January 2013 and I am very glad he is. He thoroughly deserves full recognition for his hard work and dedication.

Kabeer is a passionate hotelier... He definitely deserves this award owing to his level of commitment, ownership and initiatives that he has taken over the past 2 years at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi I wish him all the best and certainly do hope that kabeer wins this well deserved award at Hoteliers Award this year !!!

Fadi from Intercontinental Muscat has developed Staff action Green Engage Team and green policies, he focused in educating staff and leading to best green practices in saving energy consumption, not only staff but he also involved guests by conservation education programs (towel/sheet programs). With the help of engineering department the green team installed occupancy sensors in back of house and next project will be in all offices, In addition to this he also lead the team to go green in purchasing and recycling products .. he deserve to be the winner
