I am very proud and pleased to see Joe as a shortlisted finalist ! His professionalism and personal commitment to Vasco's have enabled the outlet to be one of the most sucessfull and popular restaurants in the busy restaurant scene of Abu Dhabi. Joseph has a very strong tie to his regular clients who know everything will be taken care of once they have made the call to reserve a table. He knows who likes what, where and when! Alone during the last 12 months, he has served visiting Presidents, Sheikhs and senior VIP's from the business community who have heard about the popularity of Vascos with bookings often being made within only minutes for their arrival! Not to worry - Joe will take care of it all! In addition to Vascos, Joe also oversees the remaining Food & Beverage operation of the Hiltonia Beach Club including a Poolside Restaurant, two Beach Bars and a Spa Cafe.
