An interesting read. Hotels consider guest satisfaction as one of the most important aspects within the hotel industry. There have been an emergence of tools and gadgets that have come up in recent times for hotels to use to better equip themselves for improving guest satisfaction levels. Being in the hotel industry myself i recently came across this really interesting tool called Geteco. Basically it allows the guest to leave a comment (Speak into a phone or use in room phones) and for us to directly respond to that. It all goes into a database and we can analyze feedback given on site.. A new technology trend for the future perhaps?

Hi Dilip, i thought your comment was pretty interesting. I agree with you that hotels needs to start implementing more tools and technology to improve guest satisfaction. Also, Thanks for the tip on the Geteco tool you mentioned in your comment. I just visited their website and I must add that its definitely what most hotels need to start using. Ability to listen and act on site towards guests feedbacks is something essential in the hotel industry.
