Doha is indeed challenging from recruiting competitive talent concerns. Now there are 2 main reasons which are factual; 1- Government regulations in issuing visa's - Quota system 2- Discrimination by the hotel companies Any hotel company, just name it, in reality is favored by discrimination. They discriminate mainly on the basis of Nationality and blame the govt that they don't issue the visa, but at the very first instance the have their likes'dislikes. Middle East has proven to be the most discriminating region in that matter. Then why you guys keep posting that you have difficulties in finding the talent! Just for fun or for your own publicity! It's all FAKE FAKE. First correct yourself and then complain. Thank you!
