Congratulation Essa. She has a huge amazing creativeness in terms of making a cocktail drinks, I am her number one follower since i met her in my last competition. In fact she got the title of 2016 Monin Competition Champion and represent United Arab Emirates in France. I can say that she is a YOUNG ACHIEVER a the moment. In fact she has 943 followers in her facebook account. It is obvious that she will get this title. Congratulation Essa you really did well. This is what you call a "GIRL POWER"

Congrats Essa!! At a young age, she was already able to establish her career and make great achievements out of it. Indeed she is promising in what she does. I am one of her proud fans. Essa is one of the best bartender i ever met in Dubai. Showcasing her skills and talent to entertain guest with a flair. It's not easy to be a lady bartender but Essa is not just an ordinary bartender but a very talented woman in her career. She loved to serve guest, giving them a delightful experience in the outlet. I used to work with her 1 yr. ago and until now she never failed to amazed me. Above all, I can say that she is one of the down to earth, humble, kind and approachable person i ever met. She loved seeing people growing especially her subordinate, She will help and support as long as she can to see people improve. Thank you for all the training you taught towards your colleagues you are amazing woman. I hope you win. Good luck!

My Vote goes to Maria Essa Jannina Sinay. I was able to meet her during my tour in Dubai, UAE last Oct 2016 at Bahri Bar, Jumeirah. She is very accommodating, do have a very good rapport to their guests and indeed a very gorgeous lady. I also saw her compete last time in a cocktail competition held at Abu Dhabi at the same month and all I can say is that when it comes to cocktail innovations, her talent is indeed at a World-Class level. Her passion and creativity in making cocktails is outstanding. She never fails to impress us every time we visited Bahri bar. She always exceed in every competition shes competing. A woman who has a star quality. My vote is on you Essa. I know you will win this. Congratulations! All the best.
