I am very proud of you Essa.Ever since you"ve been a great asset not only in the school for representing national and regional for Food and Beverage field;Now even more bigger.From Singapore to Dubai and Dubai to France,you have a fully knowledge in the bar,making it top to our class.Everything to you was special.Maybe,because you have a good heart in your career.Treating your guest not only in tangible side but also intangible side of the service,to win their heart and make them feel at home and give them a great experience.Good luck Essa!

Essa is one of the most outstanding bartender i've worked with. Very cheerful, funny, smart and most of all is her skills. Flairing, creating a very unique cocktails. Name it and she can do more than what you expect for. Plus she always share her knowledge without asking for it. She deserve this. my vote is for you essa. Go essa. Godbless you.

Maria Essa Sinay My bestfriend of 11 years going 12 years (whom I love very much) is a bartender. She has been for about 6 years. She really love her work very much, a dedicated and passionate to every things that she do in bartending. She’s really a hardworking girl, a sweet, caring and a loving daughter, a good provider for her family in Philippines. She go Middle East just to fulfil her dreams. That someday , one day she will become a famous In her field which is BARTENDING. Every competition that she join were all very proud of her! My vote is for you Essa Goodluck! GODBLESS YOU! LENY.

Essa is one of the most hard working person I've ever met. I was her classmate back in the college days. It was the time when we fist learn how to do cocktails and how to do flair behind the bar. I was her colleague as well when we got our first internship in TGI fridays Malate, Manila. We both grew at the same time. Competitions became our thing when we were starting in the industry. And I never met anyone as hard working and charismatic as her. I'm not being biased but she deserves to win in this competition.

Maria Essay, Met her in Singapore Personally at Studio Lounge, Compete in Singapore Barstylez Flair Jam, in 2012. And got herself 8th Place and won The Best Cocktail in the Event! The Only Female Bartender that competes in theEvent. She move to dubai after few years, and work in the hotel bar and won a couple of cocktails awards too.. I Wish her Good Luck and all the best in Dubai for the Bartender Of The Year Award! She work very hard on it and she deserve the Bartender Of The Year Award!
