Hello there, allow me to add a short comment and a few words to such a highly honored person as Mr Kim. Because I had the honor to recognize him not only as an incredibly hardworking person and a professional in the field hospitality, but also as a very sensitive and receptive person. I had the opportunity and the luck to work for couple years with Mr. Kim in Sydney at Sherathon on the Hyde Park, at the beginning of his amazing career. I have always admired his tremendous workmanship, diligence and his strong will and determination to engage in new affairs and share experience with colleagues and subordinates. He was and will always remain my model not only as a great manager and professional in our gastronomy industry, but above all, I have known him as an incredibly honest and honest person who has made his way to success the difficult way of years of work in gastronomy around the world. I really appreciate it and thank you that I was a part of his team. If I had a hat, I would bow before him and thank him very much for him. I wish him all the best in all his steps in his life.
