I fully agree with Chef Uwe. Arabic cuisine (with apologies to the Lebanese) is available in plentiful. Apart from focusing a bit more on Emarati cuisine, perhaps regional cuisine coud do with a bit of upgradation. The items on such menus have been eaten in their present forms for generations. Perhaps its time to evolve now. A fusion or creative twist is the order of the day for our jaded palettes.
