our compliments on your well done piece on hospitality overview in Saudi Arabia. As Saudi Arabia, religious tourism aside has no open tourist policy and would be totally dependent on business related tourism how can employees of hotels expect/anticipate salary increases when all economic points are to a further depressed business travel throughout 2010. one only has to look at 2009 to see that business travel is on the net and on skype today. to say or to survey that people have expectations is primarily useless unless you then continue to describe the real climate and economics of the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia.
