Fitness professionals still hard to find

I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are so many professional fitness instructors, Personal Trainers, etc ... looking for a decent job, waiting for a honest offer, a fair-play agreement. But, that's very difficult to accept a job offer payed with 500 USD/month or similar. It's like all your studies, experience and pasion for sport and fitness became a cheap, second-hand shoes from the boutique. And, one more thing: not all the fitness trainers who get an international recognised diploma are professional or they deserve the "fitness instructor" title. For an ACE or ISSA certificate, online examination ... I have many doubts. I met in my life many people like those, fat and overweight, without any ideea about basic fitness elements, no ideea about physiology, anathomy or muscular biomecanic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think a piece of paper, called "international recognised diploma", get it after an online examination is enough? What about all eastern european fitness trainers, bachelor degree, 5 years studies in Sport and Physical Education Academy, working hard and hard, talent, passion for fitness .... they are not good enough because they don't have an american diploma? Who said the standard hifh-qualification means an american paper, issued by an american institution? If you dont have it = you are not qualified or a good fitness trainer????????? So, what people needs? All clients need real trainers, results, attention .... not a framed diploma, not a "brand" certificate.
