Derryn has been a great motivator and teacher to me personally as well as in our department. She is patient, kind and caring. Derryn is great in handling crisis situation and works well under pressure while still managing to keep a sense of humour about her.

I can honestly rate Derryn as my favourite client to work for. She knows what she wants and her openess and honesty makes working alongside her on projects a pleasure. Getting the job done right is on the top of her list and when we hit snags she's always very understanding and acoomodating such that we will go out of our way to make sure we deliver. A real team player and a good laugh too!
