Chef Anthony Galo is the best chef I've ever met not only in his cuisines but a good person as well. A humble man and easy to work with.

Chef Galo so richly deserve this award. Not only is he in tune with his staff, but also with his guests. Knowing waht they want and prefer and being able to create dishes of supurb quality time and time again. Having being able to have achieved all this in such a remote and challenging destination makes him the obvious choice! Good luck!!!

I am privilaged to have trained under you , worked with you and have your future guidance. There is nothing more i can say than thank.
