Moritz Klein - GM of The Year I have been yorking 13 years in hospitality with few GM's, Moritz Klein is a Leader which I can't describe in writting unless you personaly meet him, in short Moritz Klein always led the team with expamle, his contribution to save the environment is latest example to anyone, Moritz Klein not only educate you how to become hospitality professional but he also educate his team that "Success Always Comes Through Positive Mental Attitude" I am happy that i ever worked with the persons like him. Moritz Klein has been a colleague and friend for a number of years. The way he manages to combine both in one go is incredible. He is so professional and friendly, full devotion with commitment to his work has excelled his career. I say this out of experience in dealing with Moritz with his tight schedule. He has combined the Arabic custom requirements yet knowing that he has strict German ethics. This proves that his recipe is perfect and he deserves the nomination of being the best GM of the year.

Moritz is in the operation 14 hours a day, he constantly roams the hotel to meet and greet. His customer focus is second to none.

Speaking as an ex-hotelier, I can personally commend the hard work, attention to detail, calm and re-assuring manner Mr. Klein has displayed during his work at the Beach Rotana Hotel. The way his Team interact with himm, regardless of rank, only proves his style of management. A legend in the arts of hospitality.
