Becoming a successful General Manager is not an easy task. It is not only a matter of making right decisions but also need to be a good leader. Of course, Mr. Richard Haddad is a successful GM, I am sure he will be the GM of the year.

I have known Mr. Melhem since 2002 and I have been working with him the last 2 years. I can say that he is very intelligent and has a long vision. He can see farther & more than other ordinary people. He is detailed and the staff can learn a lot for his experience. I wish him all the best!

I have been working 5 years in hospitality industry.i haven't seen good gm like this.Mr Richard Haddad totally committed ,positive atttitude ,focusing with guest and staff more over he's handling 3 properties of 'VISION GROUP'I want to wish him all the best and good luck for this acheivement.

I am a first hand witness for Mr Richard Haddad performance,efforts and passion for the hotel industry which makes him an example in what he accomplished in such a short time. He deserves the GM of the year title.

Am a team member of Mr. Berberoglu atkempinski Ishtar at Dead sea , he is a man of his word he belive in his team and work hard to build his team for us he is the best General Manager.

You need a man to Manage your hotel where bullets are in the air.... You need a man to open your hotel built in just 10 months for a Head of State meeting..... You need a man to lead your team through troubled and tough times as well as through the good ones.... You need man restless growing your business... Bugra Berberoglu is the man!
