I had the opportunity to work under Mr. Richard Haddad supervision for over 2 years. What distinguishes him from other GMs is his ability to get the best of his team; he shares his knowledge and the learning curve is steep. Mr. Haddad is fully dedicated to his business and maintains a high ethical standards and professionalism. With the added value he is contributing to every challenge he handles and the respected reputation he has among his peers and team, Mr. Haddad deserves to be nominated GM of the year. Good Luck

Mr. Richard Haddad deserves to be nominated as one. He ia a man of everything. A man of A to Z. Where else you find a GM whose main concern is the revenue of his property? Nowhere else but in Vision Hotel Apartments! You may not see him physically very often in the operations but his soul is evolving around. He is very much aware of what is going on and what is not. Always be ready to answer his question anytime of the day if he notice something not inline; be it in the front office field or housekeeping; be it from engineering or i.t., food & beverage or recreation. Watch out! That is the man of...A to Z.

I had been through different General Managers in various Hotels I worked, only Mr. Richard Haddad proved to be qualified as GM. Why? When he joined Vision Hotel Apartments, he was the instrument of the property's high revenue increment and profit for the owners. He uses strategies (from his own experienced system) which were not applied by GM's I know from all the world. He may not be the wisest, but he is smart and intelligent, active and very dynamic in all the things around. One more thing that makes him unique from all the rest: HE WANTS TO BE THE FIRST IN ALL THINGS THAT ARE NEW.

Highly skilled and talented, Mr Haddad combines all the qualities that are required to be selected as GM of the year. His achievements are numerous in many aspects of the hospitality field. His dedication to his job and his thrive for perfection in servicing customers are key elements that make Mr Hadddad deserve to be GM of the year.
