As a hotelier myself, no words can describe Mr.Moritz Klein with his efficiency and accuracy and not to forget his full devoted time in being around the Hotel from early hours to the latest hour. The service offered at his Hotel is the best service in friendliness and promptness as it is very difficult to train people from different cultures. Definitely Moritz is the GM of the YEAR!

If you award a GM of the year, do not drop circustances were around the GM ,easy and supportive circustances never qualify for AWARD, difficult circumstances and Dry Market through bad economic conditions tells you that GM's who took over are the best for this award, the History of Fouad Melhem since I knew him, and his achievement of Al Diar Siji hotel, makes you all to focus of such kind of project and offer the man the award, it is the time that measures should change and not to consider only the GM's who presented products through smooth conditions, but also the ones who led projects through difficult times, building the name, and making a milestone in the history of the hospitality industry, Vote for Fouad Melhem.

He is the best GM I have ever met. He gives his helping hands to everybody (internal and external)up to the highest level! He shared his knowledge to his employees. He will never stop working even he is sick, he can still manage, just to meet the deadlines. Managing more than 5 properties is incredible. Even he's in the busiest day of his life, he can still manage to be with his family and have fun. Mr. Richard Haddad, the SUPERMAN OF VISION!!! We are really proud of you!
