I believe that the Owner made a wise vision when choosing Richard Haddad as the General Manager of Vision Group. Richard Haddad is highly professional, honest,team player and completely devoted to his staff. He has made Vision Group a recognized brand name in the span of just two years. This is mainly due to his distinguished and endearing interaction with the staff and his sound business policies. The staff at Vision Group displays high productivity due to his constant support,understanding, humbleness and great generosity. Besides the regular skill development programs that he organizes, he has also contributed to the saving of the environment by applying the green initiative practices in Vision Group. Mr. Richard Haddad gives inspiration to all employees. He teaches us how to think positive and learn from our mistakes. He gives courage to everybody. He is very intelligent man. When problems arise, you will never feel worried as long as Mr. Richard is at hand. He is the BEST?He deserves the award ?GENERAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR?. Mr. Richard, I learned a lot from you. You are my IDOL!

Mr. Richard Haddad deserves to be called "The GM of the year". He knows how to balance everything. With his hectic schedules, he is willing to spare some times to listen, especially for the welfare of his employees. You can always see him smile, a smile that lighten the loads of the day. Because of his brilliant ideas, the success of the company lays on his hands. For me, you will always be the GM of the year?come what may!

Richard was my GM for 2 years; I have learned from him a lot although I did not like him for the first 6 months since he was too picky & demanding. But later on, I have understood his way and became one productive team.. I still take his advices till now even we are working in 2 different countries & 2 different types of hotels.

Mr Haddad is a friendly manager, he understands our needs and is willing to extend a helping hand to satisfy his guest. His good communication skills make him very approachable. His happy nature gives him the ability to please everybody including his staff. I was furtunate to meet and see him in action.

Mr. Richard Haddad is a very dynamic person with great Vision. It?s really lucky to be working with him and I am fortunate to be a part of his team. He is very friendly, down-to-earth and totally dedicated to his work. Vision Hospitality Group is known for its quality of services due to his never ending quest to reach the top in the present competitive world. He is surely deserving of the GM of the year Award.
