Mr. Richard Haddad deserves to be called "The GM of the year". He knows how to balance everything. With his hectic schedules, he is willing to spare some times to listen, especially for the welfare of his employees. You can always see him smile, a smile that lighten the loads of the day. Richard was my GM for 2 years; I have learned from him a lot although I did not like him for the first 6 months since he was too picky & demanding. But later on, I have understood his way and became one productive team.. I still take his advices till now even we are working in 2 different countries & 2 different types of hotels.

Mr Haddad is a friendly manager, he understands our needs and is willing to extend a helping hand to satisfy his guest. His good communication skills make him very approachable. His happy nature gives him the ability to please everybody including his staff. I was furtunate to meet and see him in action.
