What she did is truly something extra ordinary. Saving a mans life is something you don't do everyday. Giving someone you don't know another chance to live really makes her a hero. What makes her truly extra ordinary is that she works passionately to help secure company objective without any condition at all.

A real hero is someone who do her duties and responsibilities not only to comply but accomplishing it passionately to ensure exemplary output, doing something without any condition and hesitation even if it's beyond it's job description, someone who's motivation comes from within and not just monetary, serving as a role model not only to colleague's but in the community as well and most of all making her family proud not just by providing. That makes IVY a real hero.

As the ONE & ONLY person in Reservations & Revenue, Madie single handedly has taken over all roles of this Dept. and contributed to the great success of JL WTCR. Highest occupancy of the Company in the Summer, 20% over budgetted Room Revenue and all this with a never ending smile! Well Done Girl, we are ALL voting for you!

Madie is the most unassuming, professional, kind person. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her - and always with a smile and calm and generous attitude. Madie started her career as a FO Receptionist in the hotel where we worked together. She has been very competitive, cool, hard-working and a good colleague. She got an offer in Jumeirah Living in the Reservation Dept. and perform her job more than expected. She excel in the new field even she misses the direct interaction with the guests in FO. She has high hopes and truly believe in her capabilities to contribute success in Jumeirah Living. Go...go...go...gurl! Buckle up and fly high!

As Madie's ex boss I can assure you that I know more about Madie. Probably running short of adjectives, she's brilliant, hardworking, bold, never says never again. She's simply the best and deserves much bigger laurels in life.
