I am glad to see that Ailsa Pollard has opened up this for DNATA. There is plenty of scope for the 3 & 4 star markets for a compnay like them, whilst maintaining a luxury branding as well. Things are changing all over the world and as a consultant that works globally, many of the five star clients are moving down to four for the time being and no company can afford to loose brand loyalty in this day and age. I hope all goes well and that eventually for DNATA the 3's move to 4's and so on
