Sasha is since more than 7 years a true ambassador for the UAE Bartender scene and represents his profession as well his outlet on the highest level of standards. New Products, mixing methods and innovative concepts are always seen first at his venue. Furthermore his team and Sasha are great hosts and you always feel welcome! Cheers

I have worked for ten years with Eric as his General Manager and I am amazed at his drive and determination to succeed at all times. He a focussed hotel professional who is completely devoted to his job and will go to any lengths to make the day of a guest extra special. He is a 24/7, 365/12 workaholic who breathes, eats and lives hotels. What impresses me most about Eric is his readiness to get his hands dirty - indeed he has a total hands on approach to the job. You can see him helping the bartenders behind the bar counter on a busy weekend night dispensing drinks and you can also watch him helping the chefs to replenish the huge buffet when serving large groups in the restaurant. He will also find time to enquire with the guests about their well being and takes all comments received in a most positive manner. Eric is a great team man, a people's person and greatly values his staff as one of the hotel's most prized assets. This year inspite of the economic downturn the reataurant's food and beverage revenues are well above the year to date budget and at the same time the food and beverage costs are at and all time low. This is a great achievement and a true testimony to Eric's undoubted skills and abilities. For me Eric is a true winner and I wish him all the best !
