Stayed here in 2009. The place looks nice but the service, management and maintenace of the hotel is dreadful. If you decide to spend the large sums needed to stay here dont expect to be treated well. Examples are: arrogant reception staff, uninterested managers, dirty pool area, room service not arriving has to be chased frequently, wrong food delivered, pool and air con not working, items missing from the menus, buggy service often fails to arrive, car hire was not arranged as requested, restaurants empty and lifeless, airport pick up failed to arrive. It was endless. The place is just very badly run and they do not make their customer feel important or special. You can get much much better for your money.
