Ritz-Carlton targets expecting parents

Dear Duchauffour, Thank you for your efforts in putting together the package for Expected PArents. But being a senior Member of such a great company - Ritz Carlton, how do you expect that by getting a child life is to be upside down, very abusive statement I believe. Becoming parents is a life time wish of people and the people who do not have this blessing know better than us that how rising the life would be after baby. Package is of good components but your statement is unbelieveable, and you can not present your self as a Key to Measure standards, because people have different thoughts based over cultures. You should review it, and must remember that if you are tiring after getting baby, others not. Have a great year ahead.

Dear Zeena, I think you misunderstood the message of Mr. Duchauffour. He is referrint to expecting parents preparing themselves psychologically and physically to the beauty of becoming parents. When I was expecting, many of my friends and family members who went through a birth experience strongly advised me to organise a get away with mu husband to have some 'US' time and well deserved 'me' time. I can not tell you how much I value their advice today as I still cherish that getaway not having been able to have any since the birth of my daughter. I am pleased to see that the Ritz-Carlton chain has come up with a very well thought package that covers the exact needs for that get-away ... and shows they care about the well being of their clients and are present are the key time in their life. Also the Ritz-Carlton being a string company, they must have done some marketing studies before launching such a campain for a 'niche' market. I am expecting my second child and I am dearly looking for a pre-natal massage (which is very particular and needs to be done by professionals) and I am pleased to know I can find it in their hotels. when I read the article, I think, WOW, that's done for me! I would need to convince my husband for another great getaway and ask my doctor for a flight authorisation :-). Zeena, I do not know how many children you have and I am pleased to read that it looks easy for you to raise chidlren, but such initiative supporting people to go through the last phase of maternity (which is the most difficult) should not be wipped off ... With kind regards

Dear Sandrine, Thank you for your reply. See below the Statement from Ritz Carlton: ?As a father of four young children myself, I know firsthand how rewarding, yet tiring, it is to raise a family, so we wanted to make sure that all our guests who are expecting a baby would have a soothing last vacation before their lives turn upside down" Read it carefully especially the first line phrase. I am not angry but just denying the thoughts presented. Well, Congratulations on becoming mother again, well its a blessing of GOD. Wish you a very happy family life. Best Regards
