Good Idea, Good Technology, good concept, but unfortunately it can not present Human Touch, Hospiotality is not all about getting everything express through watsoever means, but it is about Human services, Anticipated smyles and again this technology can not blow a smile. Technology can never be the replacement of Human Being. Cut the labour and bring the technology then who is going to smile and who is going to listen to guest. Remember People Come for People not for Technological Buildings. Hope you all understand. Best Regards Zeena Region Director of Learning & Development for General Managers Marriott International
