Working with Atul was a real pleasure. His vast experience and creativity makes the excellent fusion in menus. Even the guest are sooooo happy with the food and their compliments make our day.

He deserved to be between the best of the best, for his lovable character, for his ability to guide and teach people, for the way he is able to handle the business and keep good and tight relationships, for the respect and affection he has always had while working with me. I have never seen a chef who really listen to his staff in good way, for him he has got many good qualities and best attitudes.for him doesn't matter about the possitions he treat every one as same.He is one of the best chefs that i ever seen.
