i know Piyush Verma since three years now and I can say that he deserves to win this recognition.He is very dedicated towards what he does there are lot of ideas he implemented in his property and consistently reviews them. He also never hesitate to share the best practices or to give suggesation for improvement. Hoteilier Middle East is doing great in recognising the heros from various hospitality departments

Rumesh is a person who is more sophisticated in culinary skills. Rumesh deserves to be a star. He always wishes to approach his idea and responsibility to present his decisions in kitchen operation which he have learned over the past years. When Rumesh is given a task he research extraordinary and perform far beyond the expectations and capabilities of a similar level person, one grate quality arise from Rumesh is courage. His physical courage ? and his unchanging quality always drive him to the best. His talents are ?made? by his own willingness and effort, for sure its ?born? Radisson team admires his achievements all the time and they say Rumesh is lucky to be a chef. Rumesh says he works from his heart not just with a knife, for sure people like their job but Rumesh loves it

I know Piyush since last 4 years, he is a dedicated, focused and possess excellent skill and knowledge of hygiene and related to hygiene. He has developed a book on hygiene polices need to be followed during hotel operations. This book shows his dedication, knowledge and a different way of doing things and imparting knowledge. He is a gem of hygiene field and has set standard that many can follow. He is truly a person who never compromise on any hygiene related issues. I wish him all the best and this award will motivate him to do even better.

Mr. Piyush Verma - the Man himself !!. I bet each and every employee working for Hyatt Hotels in Dubai know him personally, he so very famous.Because of his hard & intelligent work Park Hyatt Dubai has won the covoted award "DTCM" . The Green team in both the Hyatt properties have got a great boost of life & energy because of Mr. Piyush's efforts. And i am positive that Mr. Piyush is the "real Hero of the Kitchen" for the Caterer Awards.

Piyush Verma is known to me for his professional qualities he possesses in the Hygiene field especially in the Hospitality sector. He has been consistent and dedicated towards maintaining high level hygiene standards without compromising on standards for both properties of Park Hyatt Dubai and Hyatt Regency Dubai and played a vital role in obtaining the ISO 14001 certification for both properties. He also takes lot of initiatives to train the employees and make them aware on the Hygiene standards and also a key member of ?Green? Hyatt Team. I feel he really deserves this award which will certainly be a booster in his career to move forward??.. I wish him a GOOD LUCK!
