I know and had a chance to work with Ms. Jittima for over 10 years. She had shown her best performance on her assignment in Spa business both on the job skill and managerial skill. She is also friendly, good personality, helpful and get along well with her colleagues. I can say that she the the best Spa Manager (or Director), I would like to vote for her to be The Best Spa Person of The Year which she well deserved it.
