REF:RANJIT SHARMA We are delighted to hear of this well deserved nomination. Ranjit has proven to be exemplary in our dealings. He demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and understanding and possesses a genuine flair. His key attribute is the empathy in his dealings; a fine balance between achieving the best for the hotel, coupled with finding and establishing real business relationships; not a quick fix. He is well focussed and has an all-embracing understanding of his role and its importance. A real asset to the hotel. I have no hesitation in putting him forward for this prize.

I have worked with Mr. Rajan for the last 10 years. He is a person who takes ownership and handles everyday duties very smoothly. He is a very friendly person, helpful and dedicated to his job. I strongly believe that Mr. Rajan deserves this award.

Mr. Rajan is a hardworking person and very dedicated towards his duties. Mr. Rajan has contributed a lot to Intercontinental. In particular the Oman region as a regional matiriels director. He is a person who never keeps quiet, always on the move. Mr. Rajan as a person who takes care of the entire Oman region IHG group, he very much deserves this award

Mr.Darvi varghese is a great guy with ample knowledge of hospitality industry requirement and does an excellent job to procure things from various quarters. He is very simple and straight. Definitely deserve the accolades.

I would like to make a comment about Rajan Vattakandy and also to have this as a way of saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all the support and assistance that you have given me and to my team at Sales and Marketing Department. Rajan can make all things POSSIBLE! Every time we need this man, he is always easy to approach, he's never busy for you! Rajan Vattakandy is a very friendly person. He is very approachable and helpful for the any guidence or any procurement needs. His market knowledge is tremendous. Crachan
