Air traffic must adhere to mistake proofing and in today's world when we can automate everything. This type of incident provides us an opportunity to look in to making the systems robust to take care of any human errors that could lead to disaster. The safety and quality regulations in UAE must be ensured as there is always chance of loosing focus on audits once standards have been implemented and operations is going smooth. I am very sure it must have been a coordinated effort and not only pilot's action. Thanks to all the people who reacted just in time and helped to save hundreds of lives.
