The newly-opened Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel in Abu Dhabi has launched a cut-price rate to the travel trade of only AED 395. The rate is valid on superior rooms and includes breakfast, service charges and taxes and is available for all IATA agents until December 2011.

General manger Michael Sorgenfrey said: "We are delighted with the reception we have received from the local market as well as our international business partners since the hotel opened, but we fully recognise the value of our travel industry partners in building on our successful beginnings.

"For this reason, we are extending a superb rate to bona fide travel industry professionals to come and experience the property and all its facilities for themselves. In this way, travel industry professionals will be better equipped to recommend both Abu Dhabi to their clients, as well as differentiating Grand Millennium Al Wahda from other hotels in the city."
