Flora Grand Hotel in Dubai has installed a new cardio theatre as part of the property’s recreation improvement programme.
The machines now boast entertainment options alongside views of the surrounding Deira area.
“All the Life Fitness cardio machines have their own individual TV and headphone set, which allows members to workout in front of their favorite TV channels,” said health club manager Sivakumar R.S.

The cardio section boasts, three tread mills, two cross trainers, a summit trainer and a rowing machine.
Strength machines include a dual adjustable pulley — a cable motion series of Life fitness — offering more than 225 different exercise options.
Furthermore, there is a separate dedicated area for free weights.
The Al Reem Cardio Theater is open from 7am until 11pm and has a special timing for ladies only sessions.
All the machines are Life Fitness machines supplied by Delta trade
