The new South Wing of the five-star Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel, owned by Al Khozama Management Company (AKMC), was officially opened last week by HH Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid, chairman of Al Khozama Management Company (AKMC) and deputy managing director of the King Faisal Foundation (KFF).

Al Faisaliah Hotel – South adds 106 deluxe rooms and suites, the largest room size in the Kingdom, La Cucina restaurant and a ladies-only spa and wellness centre slated to open later this year.

Chief executive officer of AKMC Musaed Al-Said said: “With the Kingdom at the centre of economic growth in this fast-growing region, it is important to be prepared for increasing demands even before they are present. Al Khozama Management Company has demonstrated true foresight in making a considerable investment in this new wing to ensure visitors to our capital city can enjoy the best of the Kingdom’s hospitality.

The US $50 million expansion project designed by Ritaj Design boasts a contemporary design.

Each of the 106 new guest rooms and suites features one of 13 unique design and the Royal Penthouse offers 576m² of luxury, while the Oasis Suite features its own personal spa.
