The 2011 Caterer Middle East Awards will be held on September 7, 2011 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai.
Aiming to recognise the passion and quality of the Middle East’s F&B industry, the awards are open for nominations from both F&B professionals and F&B outlets across the region in a total of 14 categories.
The Middle East food and beverage industry has grown exponentially over the past few years, in both size and strength. Featuring everything from celebrity chefs’ signature outlets and destination bars to relaxed casual dining options and in-mall coffee houses, the region has something to please every palate.

But the F&B industry is more than just the end products: it relies on a combination of skilled professionals, best practices, innovative products and a careful adherence to market trends and consumer preferences.
The Caterer Middle East Awards give you the opportunity to show your support for F&B champions across the region.
Online nominations will be accepted until 6pm on Friday 1 July, with the winners to be announced at a glittering awards bash on September 7, 2011.
