Landmark Hotels & Suites, part of Landmark Zenath Group, opened its new four-star hotel in Dubai yesterday.
The Landmark Grand Hotel — Rigga features 174 rooms, a rooftop swimming pool, business centre and rooftop conference room and two restaurants.
The company is hoping to capitalise on the steady upswing in both occupancy levels and room rates in Dubai in 2011, said Landmark Zenath Group managing director S.M. Sadique.

“The dynamism of Dubai’s hospitality sector and the growing global appeal of the UAE as a leisure and lifestyle hub inspired us to come up with a new development that harmonizes luxury and functionality to offer the perfect home away from home for holiday adventurers and business travelers alike,” said Sadique.
Landmark Hotels & Suites currently operates eight hotels and has several properties under development and up for management.
Most recently, the company has opened its first newly branded hotel in India, called Always Riverview.
